CERAMICSDue to the nature of handmade ceramics, each piece is unique and may have slight variations in size, color, and texture. Since each item is carefully crafted and fired in a studio, it is difficult to make every piece identical. These small differences are what make each item special. We do our best to ensure consistency, but please keep in mind that these variations are part of the handmade process.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All purchases are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. Items cannot be canceled once a shipping confirmation or pickup instructions have been sent.
SHIPPINGOnce we receive your payment, your TASA Ceramics item will be carefully wrapped and shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed, along with a tracking code so you can follow your package's journey.
LOCAL PICKUP OPTIONWe offer a local pickup option for customers in Vancouver area. To choose this option, simply use the code LOCAL at checkout. Your item will typically be ready within 2-3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you pickup instructions and details on when to collect your item.
